Service button menu#

Updated October 14, 2026 For installers

The Service button is one of the car's standard buttons, assigned to control the security system. It's used to:

  • enter the factory PIN code (two presses);
  • configure the security system without the website;
  • authorize with the PUK code.

Assigning the Service button#

  1. Choose one of the standard buttons that the security system reads. The list is shown on the Signal monitor tab of the configuration website.
  2. Turn on the ignition.
  3. Press and hold the chosen button for 5 seconds.
  4. Wait for one short beep: the button is assigned. On the Signal monitor, it's marked KP.

If there's no beep or you need to assign another button, open the Settings tab on the configuration website, click Reset "Service Button" and assign it again.

Reassignment resets the PIN code

After the Service button is reset and assigned again, the PIN code returns to the factory default — two presses of the Service button. Tell the owner about it and help them set a new PIN code.

How to enter the menu#

  1. Start the engine and authorize. Wait for the authorization tune.
  2. Within 5 seconds, press the Service button as many times as the menu number you need. Each press is followed by a beep.

How to change values in menus 8 and 12#

After you enter the menu, the item counter is 0. Each press of the Service button adds 1. If you reach the last menu item and press once more, the counter returns to item 1.

  1. Enter the menu and wait for the confirmation beeps.
  2. Press the Service button as many times as the item number you need. There is no separate beep for selecting an item.
  3. Press and hold the brake pedal. The system beeps the current value: the number of short beeps = the value. A value of 0 means no beeps.
  4. While holding the brake, set the new value by pressing the Service button. After the maximum value, the next press returns to the first one.
    • Menu 12: the number of presses is the value. The first press sets 1, the second sets 2, and so on.
    • Menu 8: the first press sets 0 (sensor off), the second sets 1, … the ninth sets 8, the tenth sets 0 again. So you need one more press than the value.
  5. Release the brake. To change another item, press the Service button as many times as needed to reach its number: for example, from item 7 to item 8 — once. Repeat steps 3–4.
  6. Turn off the ignition. The authorization tune confirms that the values are saved.

Example: change the shock sensor sensitivity from 4 to 6 (menu 8, item 1) and go on to the tilt sensor (item 2).

  2. Enter the new combination of standard buttons. You'll hear 1 short beep.

The authorization tune means the new PIN code is saved. A long beep means the combinations didn't match: the system is waiting for a new entry from step 2.

Restores the factory settings of the security system. The Factory reset button on the configuration website does the same.

  1. Enter menu 28: after the authorization tune, press the Service button 28 times.
  2. Wait for 15 short beeps: the system is ready to reset.
  3. Press the brake pedal and wait for the tune.

The unit restarts with the factory configuration.

Reset deletes all settings

After the reset, check the configuration on the configuration website and set up the inputs, outputs and functions again.
